E’ in corso a partire da oggi 9 Aprile e fino a domenica 11 Aprile la l’ edizione 2010 del Torino Comics presso il Lingotto di Torino. Di seguito tutte le informazioni utili

Per conoscere tutto sull’ eveluzione futura della fumettistica nell’era del web non potete davvero perdervi la sedicesima edizione del Torino Comics presso il Lingotto, diretta anche quest’ anno da Vittorio Pavesio. Avrete la possibilità, tra le altre cose, di incontrare Scott McCloud che i più appassionati conoscono quale autore della serie Zot!, di alcune storie di Superman, e del fumetto che illustra il funzionamento e l’evoluzione di Google nel browser Google Chrome. Ma soprattutto molti lo conoscono perchè ha scritto la trilogia (Edita in Italia da Pavesio) “Capire il fumetto“, “Reinventare il fumetto“, “Fare il fumetto“, che ripercorre il passato e il presente del fumetto, e butta lo sguardo su quelle che saranno le tecniche future di questo linguaggio.

Tra gli altri ospiti di questa edizione del Torino Comics ci saranno inoltre: Simone Bianchi, attuale disegnatore degli X-Men editi dalla Marvel Comics; Lucio Parrillo, altro recente acquisto dell’americana Marvel Comics; Maurizio Manzieri, illustratore per la rivista «The magazine of fantasy and science-fiction» oltre che dell’edizione italiana dei romanzi di Tad Williams e Clive Cussler; il disegnatore giapponese Ryo Kanai impegnato insieme a uno scrittore italiano, Massimo Soumaré, in un interessante progetto editoriale intitolato «Kitsukiba» che vedrà la luce a fine estate 2010 e sarà edito sia in Italia sia in Francia.

Oltre all’incontro con gli autori il Torino Comics sarà anche luogo di dibattiti, di spunti, di scambi di idee che miranno a focalizzare l’attenzione su come trovare il miglior punto di convergenza tra il fumetto tradizionale e il fumetto di innovazioni.
Inoltre, oltre alla consueta mostra mercato dove acquistare libri e albi a fumetti vecchi e nuovi, ci sono l’Area Games per giochi di ruolo, di carte e di società; il Torino Cosplay, dove si raduneranno gli appassionati di costuming; il Quartiere Giapponese, per gli appassionati del Sol Levante; lo Star Wars Fest per i fan della saga di George Lucas.
